Privacy Policy
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
This policy explains what personal data [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("TRGR", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and who processes it for us. It covers the public marketing pages and the sign-in area for the customer console.
We keep the data we collect to what the site's features need. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What we collect, and how
We collect personal data in four ways, and each one is tied to a feature you choose to use. If you only read the site, we collect none of the data described below.
Payments
We take payment for a paid consultation through a Stripe payment link. Stripe, Inc. collects and processes the payment card details and the billing information you enter on Stripe's hosted page. We do not receive or store your full card number.
After a successful payment, Stripe returns you to a confirmation page on this site. We receive from Stripe a record that the payment succeeded and the contact details we need to hold the consultation. Stripe processes this data under its own privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Scheduling
We schedule calls through Calendly. When you book a time, Calendly, LLC collects your name, your email address, and any answer you give on the booking form, and it shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy at https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.
Forms
This site embeds two Google Forms: a contact form and a consultation intake form. When you submit a form, Google LLC collects the information you enter, which can include your name, your email address, your organization, and the message or the intake details you provide, and it delivers the response to us. Google processes form data under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The customer console session
The customer console sets two cookies after you sign in. The first, trgr_console_session, holds an opaque session token that keeps you signed in. It is an HTTP-only cookie, so page scripts cannot read it, and it is marked Secure in production. The second, trgr_console_tenant, holds your organization's identifier so the console can name it on screen.
Both cookies last for the length of the session, up to eight hours by default, and both are cleared when you sign out. The console sets these cookies only for a signed-in user. The public marketing pages set no cookies.
Cookies and tracking
We use no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. The only cookies we set are the two console session cookies described above, and we set them only after you sign in to the console.
Why we use this data
We use the data to take a payment you have chosen to make, to schedule and hold a call you have booked, to answer a message you have sent, and to keep you signed in to the console. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who processes it
Three third parties process data for us: Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, and Google for form submissions. Each one processes the data described above under its own privacy policy, linked in the sections above. We share personal data with a third party only to run one of these features, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep the payment records, the scheduling records, and the form submissions for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then for [DATA RETENTION PERIOD]. The console session cookies expire at the end of the session, up to eight hours. Stripe, Calendly, and Google keep the data they process under their own retention schedules.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL], and we will respond.
You can decline the features that collect data. If you do not book a call, submit a form, or make a payment, we collect none of that data. To remove the console cookies, sign out or clear them in your browser.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child.
Changes to this policy
We can update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. The current version is always the one you see here.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION].
